Visualizing the Consumer Journey (Mike Moir Diagram)

As we craft consumer experiences it is helpful to map the big picture and get a sense of the Consumer’s perspective.  The diagram below illustrates a template for how the consumer and brand interplay along the consumer’s journey.   While this diagram feels very much of a one-way path, it is not.  The consumer will cycle through each one of these phases and back to the beginning as they interact deeper with a given brand.
